Community Allied Health

Our Community Allied Health service provides age-friendly support to help you remain living in your own home for longer.

Qualified and experienced Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists run one-on-one sessions and group classes. The Home Care and Health Centre complement this offering with massage therapy, podiatry and dietetics. These aged care services are designed to ensure clients feel welcome and at home and well supported by our friendly staff.

“We have a focus on reablement and restoring, retaining or improving general strength, function, balance and quality of life.”

SOCIAL GROUPS

As we grow older it is important to remain active and socially engaged, to maintain good health and a positive sense of wellbeing.

At Rembrandt we bring opportunities to you. Throughout our organisation we love to be social and encourage this strongly with our clients and residents. Remaining social is particularly important for those living in their own homes in the community.

We aim to bring people together in a spirit of valuing trust, generosity and equity, regardless of their nationality, marital status, ethnicity, colour, gender, race, age or occupation.

Our new suite of programs provide some interesting options for you to try. We understand that joining in with new activities can be daunting. Our staff will be pleased to speak with you and help you get started. We can arrange transport to and from and generally make things as easy as possible.
